refund policy
Returns are valid for 30 days after purchase.  To be eligible, returned items must be unused,  unopened and in the original package.

returns
Upon receipt and inspection, you will be contacted to confirm receipt of the returned item.  You will also be notified of the status of your requested refund.  If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a short period of time.

exchanges
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item,  send us an email at aloha@naturesgrown.com.

shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns and exchanges.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
